Also would put balances attacks in as a twist and sense weakness if your stuns are coming off a lot

You go heroic for the epic past life feat, if you need these then best to not go iconic, for heroic class past lives u go Iconic as get 2 feats for 1 life to 30.

So in any order you do:
racials and epics together
Iconics and class together

You can reach over 100, had it on my monkcher, unsure if it now gives you the dc as had to work out manually, u pretty much paralyse most mobs in r10.

Issue I had is that it compromised on dps, you basically turned the toon into just cc support.
