    Hello all,
    Hope your fine.

I have ETRED heal and went back to a druid wids based build (heal + some CC).
I have corrected some mistakes but I need your feedback on 2 epic feats:

1 Arcane Insight Is the + 6 DC for 30 seconds evry 3 minutes really nice?
2 Guardian Angel are the PRR + saves really usefull?

Any epic feat that you recommand for such build.
Unfortunatly Earthquake, mass frog and Burst of Glacial Wrath are not affected by Ambolden.

    Thanks.
    Sébastien.

All depends on playstyle i think.

Gaurdian Angel might save you once a party gets in trouble and as a healer makes you able to pull them through by not dieing. So in theory it is a good choice for a healer, imo.

Arcane Insight, i usually forget to use it, so not as usefull for me… 🙂 think it comes down too if you need it in the content you play. I rather focus on a flat DC that works, or drop the ambition to cast it. If you rely on the boost for your spell to be usefull i think the build needs more tweaking, if you need it for the odd encounter then go for it.
The extra SP is nice but there are prolly other feats that give that too.

Furthermore, what alternative epic feats are there? what are you thinking to take instead of these?

    Gaurdian Angels:

When you drop below 50% HP,
for thirty seconds you gain Physical Resistance
equal to your Wisdom and saving throws equal to your epic level.
This won't trigger again for three minutes

    Arcane insight:

    Target: Self. Duration: 30 seconds
Activate to gain +6 to all spell DCs
and +6 to Spell Penetration for 30 seconds.
    Cooldown: 3 minutes

    Passive: +110 Maximum Spell Points.

    Thanks for your feeback.

Yes Gardian Angel seems situationaly nice and I took it.

For Arcane insight I think I’ll take your advice and taking an other feat.
I will take a feat that gives me +140 spell point (any).
Why: Because even if I take Master of the Wilds:
Your Produce Flame, Creeping Cold, Call Lightning, Salt Ray, and Word of Balance spells gain +10 to their maximum caster level. Grants +140 maximum Spell Points
My DPS won’t increase enough to be noticiable after R1 ;o).

That’s the problem with this build:
    Pros:
-> You can heal a good party maybe longer than other healer’s build (at least at least as long as the other due to regnerate tics).
-> You have one of the best debuf in the game (Mantle of the Icy Soul).
-> You have 2 cc spell based on different saves (EQ is based on reflex and Burst of Glacial Wrath based on Fortitude) both affected by Mantle of the Icy Soul.

Cons: You have 0 DPS, 2 instakill (finger + mass frog).

I’m 29 so if you have any advice for the last feat let me know.
For my epic feat this will be: Scion of the Plane of Air (+4 DC on evocation it is not bad).

    Hard to say.

Epic Mental Toughness for some SP
Or Epic Damage Reduction for some defense
for that matter arcane insight doesn’t feel that wierd to take considering the alternatives.

I experience the same issue that my caster druid is lacking dps. Thats why i made it a raid healing nannybot

    Good morning.

    Thanks for that feed back.
