Need some advices on epic ability + filigree

After those hard reaper quests I have been putting oneself in question and here is some questions:

1 Epic abilities:
I’m always in exalted angel, but I think I have to swap some epic abilities:
I’m using Divine Wrath due to its great healing power, but it is really long to cast and I think it is a bit useless after R7.
Here is what I wanted to get:
Reborn in Light in order to have another free raise.
Be at Peace it seems to be a great CC and maybe it can help a lot against those new reapers.

2 Twist of fate:
I have twisted : Empyrean Magic, Specialist evocation, Precise Casting evocation and 2 wisd.
This gives me 125 DC in evocation with pots and without reaper boost.
Should I lose 2 in evocation and twist Renewal or replacing Empyrean Magic by Renewal?

3. Filigree:
I have Nystul’s Mystical Defense and I wonder if removing them for Otto’s Irrevocable Power will be a plus in high reaper (a lost of MRR / HP for + 2 in all spell DC).

All comment are welcome since they are positive.
Do not hesitate to add mistakes I make: The aim is to improve my play still at H reaper.

Reborn In Light is awesome, I highly recommend it.
I’ve never used Be At Peace so I can’t comment on that one really.

125 DC is decent. I’m not sure you really need Renewal, I’m confident you can reactive heal much faster than that.

What are your HP, PRR and MRR now?

Will swap Divine Wrath with Reborn In Light as soon as I log.

Renewal have an initial proc (now) and 4 tics (1 every 2 sec for 8 sec) that why I wonder if it is not better than Empyrean Magic.
I know that stu (I think) is using it.

1. Reborn in Light is good, would try it instead of Divine Wrath.
Be at Peace I would not bother with as will break if mob hit, soundburst etc… much more effective.
2. Emp magic is good for Locks and FVS as can build up stacks fast, I am unsure how quickly clerics build the stacks, instead of Emp magic I would go for Fatesinger Arcane Hymn, multiple bonuses and wont miss the spell power from Emp.
Would also stick with the DC and Mag casting for +5 dc, its the wis ones that are not really required.
I would forget the 2 wis ones, it’s only 1 dc that you might not even lose due to Arcane Hymn.
If got 31 fate points I would go:
T3 – Arcane Hymn
T3 – Meld into Darkness (best defensive abil in game)
T2 – Spec Evo
T2 – Precis Cast Evo.

3. presume you have 11 slots for filigrees
u would only lose 100hp from nystuls as med armor has no MRR cap, saying that personally I would still keep Nystuls, I would prob go/aim for:

Nystuls/Elect dual filigree: +10MRR
Nystuls Con +1Con, +2PRR
Nystuls MRR +3MRR, +2PRR
Nystuls Fire Absorb 5% fire, +2MRR

Ottos Con, MRR, PRR and Spellpower

Celerity/Vigiance dual filigree +2Wis, +4MRR

Last 2 would either go:
Snake Bite/Grandfather shield dual filigree +2 Con, +4PRR
G’fathers shield +1 con
+5 PRR from 2 set
or
Final Burial Con and Wis or hit dice one if required/useful.

-> Tested Reborn in Light this is really powerfull (more than I expected).
-> Emp magic if refreshed by my aura this is really nice since I havent to cast to refresh it.
Dont have enough fate point but I’ll see what I can do with those and trying to include Arcane Hymn.
-> I hqve sloted Eye of the Beholder for DC qnd + zisd<
-> I have those + 2 filigree and the + and Nystuls/Elect dual filigree.
-> Will swap other Nystuls filigree.

Renewal is really good, cheap and super fast cool down and heal over time spells are great. For filigrees I went Ottos, then rest rare wisdom one including the +2 wisdom from threads turn in. You want dcs.
Also for bosses I’m going to have to make a dust offhand weapon so mele don’t have to,this adds a lot of dps.

yeh was gonna say renewal and coccoon are really nice for base healing as clerics dont get alot of HoTs.

Emperian magic is nice for boost of crit and spell power, but as a healer you might not need it as your heals are alrdy v high.

i’ve seen shurc and the other high end cleric use the stunn thingy with great succes in high reaper. even if they release in stunn, but in a good controlled group its very effective.

On fillies i have no clue what would suit you best. I’m of the school of idea that a healer should be the last char standing (maybe after tank), so i would go for survivability as your DC seems to be high alrdy.

Stu I saw that you used weap with some bosses and I wondered why, got my ansewer.
Yes renewal and cocoon are really powerfull.
I removed cocoon for + 1 wisd, and I think it was a mistake at H reaper.

Will try to include Arcane Hymn this is really great and removing Emp magic.

Will also try to unslot Nystuls for otto to see how + 2 in DC works at H reap: I really don’t know if + 2 in DC really makes dif.

Stuart, why wisdom filigrees when you can go for Eye of the Beholder set, which gives you +2 DCs as well as all the individual bonuses?
