As an eternal addict to the Risia Ice Games I have a few extra recipes #5 lying around (~50 from last time).

If anyone need any #5s, or even complete Icy Burst Kits (recipe #3, #4 and #5 as well as 300 motes) contact me in game (Sarav, Karraway, Themisto) or just post in this thread.

No, the crafting altar (near the lighthouse in harbor) is only available during the festival.
