I have a spare Seal of House Avithoul (wis +7, sneak attack bonus +5, exceptional sneak attack bonus +3, Improved deception, binds on equip) that Im offering for roll. To win, you need to roll highest on a d100. In order to have the roll valid, you must roll by latest Thursday September 6th (any officer can witness your roll).
