Im pretty sure no-one would hold any mistakes against you Rob.
I wasnt there for the second FoT so dont know the details but whatever it was sometimes things just happen and may not have even been your fault.
Brush it off and put it behind you – better still roll a Divine – and you’ll soon learn not to dwell on things – when I look back over all the raids and quests Ive done there must be literally hundreds of deaths that can be attributed to me – but the DDO forum users say were all self suff these days so clearly it wasnt my fault – it was their own fault for not packing 327 cure pots
