Turbine have announced (as of 13 mins ago) that the servers are going to be down from 6 until 8 our time (assuming they return on-time). What is the plan for raids given that?

Will log on around 8 and we can start Velah from then so peeps can join gradually, will try every 15 mins or so to log if no luck at 8.
